Yiting Foo
Co-Founder & Managing Director
A corporate, finance and investor relations professional with over two decades of experience, Yiting held senior roles at leading global strategic communications firms before joining Eleven.
Yiting has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients on complex and time-critical communications needs. She has advised major financial institutions, asset managers and owners, private banks, fintech platforms, as well as large-cap listed corporates on reputation risks, market access, and investor relations. Yiting has also worked on capital market transactions including acquisitions, IPOs, and secondary offerings.
During her tenure with Myanmar infrastructure giant Asia World Company, Yiting built up and led the in-house communications function to engage key stakeholders in the rapidly growing emerging market.
Yiting holds a BA in Professional Communications from RMIT University.
Vaylor Tan
Consultant
Vaylor has worked with diverse clients, including Venture Capital Firms, Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Cryptocurrency Infrastructure Companies, ESG Private Equity firms, Asset Managers, Banks, and local listed companies. Prior to joining Eleven, Vaylor held roles at communications firms where he worked with clients such as NetLink NBN Trust, Pictet, and Natixis IM, providing strategic communications counsel and support. He has also advised a range of leading companies in the finance and technology sectors, including Matrixport, GenZero, DBS, DDEX, SC Ventures, and Fuel Network, assisting them with their communications strategies and initiatives.
Vaylor’s proficiency in media relations, account management, and writing has enabled him to secure impactful media coverage for his clients in top-tier publications, amplifying their brand visibility and credibility in their respective operational markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Strategic Communications and Marketing from Singapore Management University, where he honed his skills in strategic communication and developed a deep understanding of the intersection between business and media.
Jeffrey Fang
Founder & Non-Executive Chairman
Jeffrey has managed complexities in corporate development, capital markets, and venture building throughout his career. He has advised on strategic communications and stakeholder management in multiple landmark transactions, sensitive corporate and legal issues, and high-stakes multilateral negotiations.
Before building ventures, Jeffrey was Director of Strategic & Public Affairs at a Singapore global investment company, where he led strategic communications for M&As, crises & special situations, as well as for its board & senior management, in his eight-year tenure. Jeffrey founded advisory firm Canterbridge in 2017 where he advised on contentious capital market situations, corporate restructurings, as well as consortium megabids for banking licenses and venue operating rights. He founded Eleven in 2022 to expand his advisory services alongside trusted partners.
Jeffrey is an early stage investor with successful exits and a board director at venture-backed companies. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, he holds an MA in International Relations and Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
